Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made 21 or more days prior to arrival date will have deposit refunded less $15 processing fee. Cancellations made less than 21 days prior to arrival date are not refunded unless we are able to rebook the room/suite. The refund will depend upon the number of days that are rebooked. For a reservation that is completely cancelled less than 21 days prior to arrival, the entire deposit is non-refundable. For a partial cancellation less than 21 days prior to arrival, the first night and 20% of remainder of the cancelled reservation is charged. If some of the nights are booked with another party, the 20% fee is not charged accordingly.
