| Moose Den B&B is located in Anchorage, Alaska, 13 minutes south of ANC Airport. From the B&B, the south side business center - where Alaska's largest mall, Wal-Mart, Costco, sport shops and restaurants are located - is only 6 minutes North; downtown Anchorage is 15 minutes further North. The new 5-bedroom house - constructed in 2007 - is located in a 2-acre secluded forested area where the moose give birth to their young. All guest rooms are identical, each with a private bathroom, queen 'memory foam' mattress, flat screen TV/cable, and wireless internet. $129/day, full breakfast included. |

2. Cut off date for reservation cancellation is 25 days before reserved check-in date. If cancellation is made on or before the cut-off date, the entire amount of the deposit (less the $30 processing fee) would be refunded. There would be no refunds on deposits if cancellation is made AFTER the cut-off date. |
