The Alaska House of Jade has a strict cancellation policy. Single night reservations must be cancelled within 14 days before arrival. Reservations staying for two consecutive room nights must be cancelled within 21 days before arrival, and reservations staying three consecutive room nights must be cancelled within 30 days before arrival. If cancelling within the cancellation period the guest will be responsible for any nights we are unable to resell. (1 room equals 1 room night).
